We showcase seasonal, Canadian-sourced food and drink whenever we can, thanks to a procurement team that keeps our supply chain smart, sustainable, and transparent. From farm-fresh veggies to locally procured coffee and eco-certified seafood, we aim for at least 20% of our monthly purchases to meet high environmental and ethical standards. Green Initiatives
We’re committed to minimizing our footprint at every stage of the catering process. We carefully monitor and manage waste, use biodegradable, compostable, or recyclable materials for disposables, and continually assess food waste from preparation to plate. We support re-use and recovery efforts—like composting coffee grounds—and aim to integrate energy-efficient equipment and LEED-conscious practices wherever possible. While our sustainability journey is a continuous work in progress, we’re proud to take active steps toward greener events with every service we provide.

Our production facilities total over 45,000 ft² of climate-controlled space, including cold rooms, hot kitchens, and ample storage—ensuring every order is prepared in a safe, efficient environment that meets full HACCP compliance.
Our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, all GPS-monitored and temperature-controlled, guarantees safe, timely delivery to off-site events of any scale. With the support of cutting-edge equipment and rigorous food safety standards, we bring peace of mind and exceptional quality to every event we serve.
